Dave August 07, 2014 I ordered part #8193989 which is the lower rack assembly for my Kenmore dish washer. The rack came without the two fold down sets of tines. They are clearly shown in the picture. Also the note in the box says it's part #4389222. What's up with this? The rack fits fine just missing the parts.
