Leroy January 01, 2016 for Model Number WW2460W Have Jenn Air Model WW2460 from 1995. Boiler element in lower oven does not heat up. Bake element does. Will just replacing the boiler element do the trick. Also are the boiler elements the same for both the top and bottom ovens? Do you offer a direct replacement? What is the part number. Thanks
1 Answer Leroy, You will want to check the broil element for continuity. If it does not have continuity then you will need the element 3401F033-19. Read More...
Vicky June 12, 2013 for Model Number W2720W The bottom heating element was on, then went off, and the broiling element came on. It was on BALE 400. The bottom heating element has not come back on, only the Broiling element comes on. Please advise
1 Answer Vicky, It sounds like the relays in the control board are faulty and the control board 12200028 would need to be replaced. Unfortunately the control board has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no replacement. Read More...
Brian M. April 20, 2011 for Model Number SEG196 (no letters such as C) Turned to broil on this Jenn Air unit. Top broiler element failed to come on. Turned on Bake and bottom element came on. Checked breakers for unit. Both breakers were in the on position. Seems to me that the broiler element has failed. T/F given the info I provided you - no one can tell for sure, I understand. If T, are there other parts that should be bought and replaced as well? Thanks for your time in advance.
1 Answer Hello Brian! What are you referring to as T and F? You will first want to make sure that you do have 240V getting to the broil element. If you are then you will need to replace the broil element. Your part number is WPY04100514. Thanks. Read More...
