Jim November 20, 2023 for Model Number RT18DKXAL00 The door handle end cap broke off of my mother's 1993 Roper fridge. I bought the endcap #819342 and it is too long, so when I replaced it, the door handle is too high and the door won't close. I even removed the spacer. Any idea on next steps?

1 Answer Mary Lou, No the spacers aren't included in the end cap kit. The "spacers" aren't all that necessary, either. In a "pinch" you could use a playing card trimmed to match the end cap and holes to allow the screws to pass through. But it's not necessary. Read More...
