John, Occasionally the cooling fan bracket can vibrate. Simple foam tape or some dampening material could resolve this. The other option would be the fan being the problem, possible bearings in the motor or some other issue. WP74008383

Hello Tjaws, The lower fan motor assembly is WP74008437 for the model provided. The service manual for the unit states the following: Lower Blower Motor NOTE: Requires removal of the unit from the cabinet. 1. Remove unit from the cutout, see “Removing and Replacing Unit” procedure. 2. Remove screws securing the rear top and rear bottom outer wrapper from the chassis. 3. Disconnect and label wire terminals connected to the blower motor. 4. Gently pull plastic wire harness ties from oven chassis, securing wire harness. 5. Remove back screws securing the back half of the upper oven chassis to the lower oven chassis. 6. Tip the back portion of the upper oven forward and place blocking material between the two oven chassis. 7. Remove screws securing blower motor assembly to vent assembly. 8. Replace and reverse procedure to reassemble blower motor.

Joseph, The error code indicating the fan rotation error would mean that the fan is either bad or has build up in it that is not allowing it to rotate freely. You will want to pull the fan out and check for obstructions. If clear then replace fan part number WP74008383.

Hi D.M. Remove Power. Remove door, (if needed) for accessibility. Remove control panel lower trim panel. Remove and unhook the control panel ribbon cable and electricial connectors. The fan assy. part # WP74008383, is bolted in the LT. Rear behind the control panel. Reassemble on reverse. Thank You.
