Janet July 02, 2012 for Model Number mdb7100awq the dishwasher was leaking so we took apart the lower wash arm and guard down to the filter. When we put it back it does not go all the way down and when we fill the lower tray with dirty dishes, it won't spin. Is there certain holes these parts must go in to get the arm low enough. thank
1 Answer Janet, Check and make sure the backflush arm and seal rings did not get dislodged during the repair WP99002043 912313 check and make sure the filter and cover are properly seated and set in the retainer groove and the cover is evenly installed all the way around. Make sure the lower spray arm is snapped into the locking tabs on the cover, then install the cover and arm as an assembly. Thanks Read More...
