Bruce M October 14, 2017 for Model Number wrt311fzdm00 Bottom hinge at times makes a loud screeching noise. Need to know what part and hopefully film on how to change it. It is a top freezer model. It could be the top hinge on the refrigeration door. Not top hinge on freezer door. Where can i get the parts and instruction on how to replace one or both of these. 1 Answer Bruce, With the bottom hinge making this noise it would have nothing to do with the top hinge. You will want to check to see if there are any screws or anything dragging on the bottom hinge.
