Helen May 11, 2023 My icemaker isn't making ice. The temperature inside my freezer is 0 degrees. Could it be a defective icemaker or could there be another issue going on? My model number is WRS325SDHV08.
1 Answer Helen, if the on/off button of the ice maker is in the on position and there is not a frozen water fill tube, the refrigerator would need to be placed into a test mode and set to the ice harvest test.
