Shah September 10, 2013 for Model Number JSD2695KES part no. AP4080146 I am still waiting for the instructions on how to remove and replace part no AP4080146. Please reply soon. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Shah, Turn the power off to the machine. Remove the drip grill and grasp the bottom of the dispenser. Yank it toward you and a bit down at the same time. This should pop it loose. It will then lift off of the tabs it slips down onto. After taking several pictures from different directions to aid in the reassembly, remove the wiring from the assembly. You can now carefully peel the old one off and use rubbing alcolhol to remove the sticky stuff from the old one. Peel off the protective backing and place it straight onto the dispenser cover. Reassemble in the reverse order. Read More...
Shah September 09, 2013 for Model Number JSD2695KES I need instructions of how to remove and replace part AP4080146. Also right now the selection is stuck on Water and l cannot make any other selection. By changing this part, will it solve the problem? Please advise
1 Answer Shah, To replace the keypad you would need to remove the drip tray. There are 2 screws behind the drip tray that you will remove to take the dispenser assembly off. Check to make sure that the child lock is not turned on the display. The keypad would have to be peeled off the front of the display. Read More...
Nick March 27, 2013 for Model Number Jenn-Aire JSD2695KES I also replaced the circuit board on the fountain and I'm getting the same result, a basic lack of function with occasional bouts of working. Right now it's stuck on Cubed ice and nothing else works. I just ordered the membrane. Since it's probably not the circuit board, can I return it? Do you have any tips for removing the old membrane?
1 Answer Hello Nick, Yes, you can certainly return the board. Our warranty states 365 days for any reason. All you have to do is call in for a return authorization. As far as the membrane switch goes, get the edge of a knife under the old membrane and peel it off. Use rubbing alcohol to remove all residue of the old membranes switches adhesive. Once all the residue is removed, be extremely careful to get the new part straight before sticking it on. The adhesive on the back of it will stick so tightly that sometimes the new part is destroyed trying to re-position it. Read More...

Jody April 12, 2012 for Model Number JENN-AIR JCD2297KEF I replaced the circuit board in the back of the dispenser and still have the lock/unlock light stuck on(and will not disable with 3-5 second press-down, or pressing the button 3 times within 10 seconds.) I am wondering if this membrane might need to be replaced. It appears to be 'sealed' to the facade.
1 Answer Hello Jody. Yes, based on the information you will need to replace the membrane 67005446. The old one will peel off the facade. Hope this helps. Read More...
