Sc August 21, 2014 for Model Number AGDS901E I have a few of the buttons that have popped off. I thought I remembered seeing a repair guy just pop new ones in previously… but I bought new ones and they are not staying in. Is there more that needs to be done? Repair people say they can't fix this model because the parts are discontinued, but I am wondering if I can just order the buttons and then try to have someone come fix if its more than popping buttons in. 1 Answer Hello Steve. Make sure the knob WP308957B is installed properly. If so, and it does not stay in place, then the bracket 308085B is bad on the unit.
