George November 07, 2011 for Model Number MAV408DAWW The Maytag doesn't seem to have a green clip--What now?
1 Answer Hello George. The color of the clip does not always match, but if you look at the timer picture WP21002232 you will see the green clip that needs to be removed to replace the timer knob WP21001985. You need to make sure the knob is pressed in, and pull out the clip on the back of the timer to remove the knob. If your clip is a different color, it will still need to be removed to replace the timer knob. Hope this helps. Read More...
