1 Answer Hello Celine, first confirm the problem is with the knob and not the timer internally. Because the timer shaft is not accessible in this case usually the timer knob would need to be carefully cut off of the threaded timer shaft, one way would be using a Dremel tool with cut off disks, being careful not to damage the timer shaft threads as the timer (WP3351118) is no longer available.
