Clarence B. May 11, 2014 for Model Number JEC8536ADB The control knobs for this Jenn Air cooktop are plastic with a D shaped metal sleeve that contacts the post on the cooktop. The knobs DO NOT last. I need a similar knob that has the entire knob made of metal. Any metal any color. The plastic knobs are basically useless. I have ordered the replacement knobs about 3 times and they last anywhere from 2 months to a year. They crack and don't work. Any suggestions?
