Tawm January 28, 2016 I'm ordering a replacement lint screen for my Whirlpool cabrio from you. The reason I'm replacing it is because all four tabs that hold the handle to the screen broke off and I assume they fell down into the bottom of wherever the screen goes. Do I need to get those out and if so, how? I'm worried they might melt or cause fire. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Hello Tawm. Most likely they went out the exhaust from the blower wheel. It should be fine. You can look inside with a flash light and see if you need to get them out. If you do, you will have to disassemble the dryer to access and remove those parts. Read More...
