SDZoom, With the igniter sparking without the oven being on then this will possibly be caused by the spark module. It would be recommended to check tomake sure that the relay for the control board is not sticking which would cause the spark module to get the igniter to spark.

Majid, thank you for the question. Start by placing the machine into the Diagnostics Mode: Enter Diagnostics Mode by pressing CANCEL>CANCEL>START within 5 seconds. Checking for error codes.

Ron, Rule of thumb on these type gas valves, if one solenoid doesn't work the other will not work either. A couple of measurements you can do are testing at the DSI board on connector J1 pins 1 and 2 for 8-18 VDC. Make sure you have your meter set to DC not AC. If the readings test good replace your oven bake igniter. WP8054129

Kate, Check to make sure that the igniters are sparking and if they are and gas is flowing but not igniting, check to make sure that the burner is not rusted or has any clothing to the ports.

Kent, Based on the information provided the DSI board on your model is for the oven only. For an issue with the top and the oven, the only common parts are the regulator and your gas supply.
