Madelyn, You will want to make sure that you have a good water filter in the unit. If there is a new water filter and the ice is also small or incomplete then it would be the water filter head that is faulty. If the ice is fine then the water valve would be the issue.

Mary, The screw for the mount is part number WP3387230 and the handle mount is part number WP67006113. once you install these parts then you will put the handle on and tighten the set screws.

Mike, On the side of the handle there is a set screw that take an allen wrench. Loosen the screw on each end of the handle and the handle will come off.
