Uncle Joey August 06, 2012 for Model Number 11044722401 Hi I have this washer. The overlay is shot - so I know I need one of those. However, when I first turn it on...I get two quick flashes of all the buttons on the control panel - and then nothing works. It does not fill with water and it does not spin or drain. Where can I find out how what the two blink (I guess they are error codes) mean? Is there a self-test button sequence that will verify things are okay (or bad). I would hate to buy a new control board without knowing which one (there are two) or even if I need one. Thanks!
1 Answer Uncle Joey, Your post description indicates a possible water level switch or air tube issue. We're sending you the technical information sheet, so you can verify the diagnosis, and repair the washer. Thanks Read More...
Kim July 10, 2011 for Model Number 11042722400 Hello, How do I put this new overlay on my control panel? My control panel works perfectly but the two of the buttons have worn through. Thank you! Kim
1 Answer Hello Kim. The old overlay will peel off the unit and the new overlay WP326036327 sticks onto the unit. You will need to remove the paper covering the glue on the back of the new overlay. Hope this helps. Read More...
