Hello Jake, the model number supplied does not show as a valid model number. Please recheck the model number and repost your question, however, the level legs usually only allow about an inch or so of adjustment. Most installers will instead build up the floor in some way.

Gary, If the feet on your grate are flat then you would need part number 814465 and if they are round you would need part number 814323. The adhesive part number is W10841140.
