Daniel April 12, 2021 for Model Number WRF767SDEM01 My Whirlpool fridge is leaking condensate from beneath the defrost catch pan (W11457241). Instead of going down the drain, the condensate collects at the bottom of the fridge compartment. The pan itself is not full, it just appears to be disconnected from the drain line. I tested this by injecting some red-dyed water into the pan...it immediately came out of the bottom of the pan and onto the bottom of the fridge compartment. My problem is, I can't find the replacement parts for the seal and/or drain line. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
1 Answer Daniel, It sounds like the drain may be plugged or partially plugged and the drain pan is not sitting aligned with the drain hole. You will need to remove the pan, clear the drain and re-install the pan with the holes aligned. Read More...
