Ls December 14, 2018 for Model Number MDB8969SDE0 The buttons on my control panel are getting really hard to operate and are, for lack of a better way to put it, sinking down. Last time this happened, I had the repair guy replace the control panel as it was under warranty. Now it is not. Can you tell me exactly which part(s) I would need, and also - do you have a video on how to replace this part? Thank you!

For replacement remove the screws on the inner panel and front panel can be removed and the control panel can then be replaced.
