Tom January 26, 2016 for Model Number RUD4000MQ0 My dishwasher does not drain completely, and , do you carry the clips that hold the tower protector.
1 Answer Tom, For the drain issue, check the drain hose for kinks or clogs, check the air gap at the sink to make sure it's not clogged with residue/garbage and restricting the water flow. remove the dishwasher drain line from the kitchen sink and drain the water into a large bucket or container, this will usually free and flush the debris from the pump and drain hose. The WP8268825 Tower Protector doesn't have "clips" to hold it to the rack. It is a twist and lock type fitting on the bottom of the rack tines/rungs. Remove the rack, set it up on the side of the rack, grasp the tower and twist it until the bottom tabs are free from the rack. Reverse the procedure to install the new tower. Read More...
