Not just loose but it detaches from the screw which is screwed into the door itself. I need the small round "set screw" that goes thru the handle and tightens up against the bigger Phillips head screw that goes into the door. It is NOT illustrated on the parts view but in deed it is there, or in my case, not there. I need this small round screw which would need to be tightened by a small hexagon tool. Where can I get this part?
