George, Thanks for the question!!! The issue is being caused by a relay on the appliance manager sticking. The appliance manager is WPW10119143 and needs to be replaced.

Joan, the oven sensor WPW10131825 would need to be tested for resistance. If it measures close to 1080 Ohms (between 1070 to 1100 at 77°F to 89°F) at room temperature, it is good and the most likely failure would be the relay control WPW10119143.

Billy, If the oven temp. is high, low or erratic, and there are no error codes in the display, the more common problem is usually an oven temperature sensor WPW10131825 has lost it's calibration and isn't supplying the proper circuitry to the control. There are no instructions that come with the part, but there is a video attached to the parts diagram that should be helpful. Thanks,

Judy, to program cavity size, disconnect power to oven, wait at least 10 seconds, reconnect power, enter diagnostic mode by pressing OFF, OFF, START. Press key #6 to show cavity size select screen. To edit, press CLOCK key. Scroll through cavity sizes by pressing key #6 until required size is displayed. Once correct size is displayed, press the START key to accept modification.
