This replacement siphon break is used in the drain system. It admits air into the drain hose to prevent a vacuum from forming, stopping siphoning/backflow so the washer maintains proper water level and helping prevent leaks from a cracked or clogged break.

Kelsey, with the front panel removed, there will be a screw at the bottom of each front corner of the top panel that would need to be removed. This will allow the top panel of the washer to lift up at the front to gain access to the siphon WP356363.

Dennis, Clogging of the hoses would be the most likely cause for the siphon break to leak, or it is possible that the siphon break is damaged.

Randy, First check and flush/clean the faucets fill hose screens and fill valve screens, low/high water flow or pressure can cause the siphon valve to leak. Then check the siphon assembly for hard water deposits, and make sure the hoses haven't twisted or collapsed and have a restriction.
