Dave August 02, 2014 for Model Number KFP750CR0 In order to replace the Sleev-Shft it is mentioned that the three screw covers (buttons) need to be removed. As they sit flush and do not have a gap for a screwdriver is there a process to pop them out without damaging the buttons or the housing? Thanks you.
1 Answer Dave, If you have a putty knife just slide it around the edge of the cap and it work it up at the same time to get underneath of it. This would be the best way to do it. If you have one of the plastic putty knifes it will work better. Read More...

Vicki May 10, 2011 for Model Number KFP750OB1 I am trying to replace the sleeve shaft in my food processor which they said was easy to install. Yesterday I wrote in and they said that all I had to do was remove the three covers and unscrew the three screws. Did that and it didn't work. Looks like you have to remove the 4 screws from the bottom of the base and I want to know what type of allen wrench or hex to use. I have both regular and metric and none of them work Its got to be about a 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 Do they sell them or do I have to take it in to a repair shop? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Vicki. We do not have the size of allen wrench you will need for the repair. You may be able to take the food processor with you to a local hardware store and find the correct size of allen wrench. Hope this helps. Read More...
