Farmer December 20, 2016 for Model Number KBFS25EWMS2 THE TAB lever for the humidity setting snapped off...its for the left side drawer. I see a part , but it seems to be for the right side...cannot tell. Any info would be appreciated so I can order. It looks like item 27 in shelf parts....AP6010458, but it shows it on the right side, so I cannot tell.

1 Answer Trish, To remove the humidity slide you would need to slide all the way over to the long side of the slide and lift the long end side slightly and then slide a little more to line up the groove with the knotches to remove. Read More...
Charlie G December 13, 2012 for Model Number Amana TA18R2L S/N 9304225360 The wire on the ice cube maker came off. When I placed it back on, the maker started to make ice cubes like there was no tomorrow. The wire appears to have lost it's spring or something like that.
1 Answer Hello Charlie, You need to make sure that you got the icemaker arm in place properly. There is a white slot in the back of the housing that the icemaker arm will slide into.
