Felix for Model Number Inglis washer IA48500

My 26 years old Inglis Royal 100 direct drive washer model #IA48500 has couple of problems. It vibrates and shakes during the spin cycle. I think the vibration comes from the rear. The front walks about an inch to the right after the spin cycle is finished and the clothes are dry not drips or wet . I tried those rubber pads to insulate the washer feet but it make it even worse. The rear counter balance suspension spring seems fine. The washer works normal and no vibration during the wash and rinse cycles. It also make a loud noise when a cycle ends and starts into another. Over the years I have replaced the drive motor coupler and the agitator dog ears. Otherwise it is a great washer. Should I replace all the springs and the suspension pads or something else. I have uploaded a short youtube video to illustrate the problem. Thanks for your help! https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=bz4fpn4hI3k

Hello Felix, yes it does sound like you will need the counter springs and suspension pads at this point, however, we cannot find your washer based on the model number you have given. You may need to check the model number and repost your question.

Dave, It would be recommended to replace the counterbalance spring and would also recommend checking the drive block for damage.

Randy, With the tub leaning to the right you will want to check the skate plate pads for wear. If the pads are bad it can cause the unit to lean slightly to one side. You could also try one of the other springs to make sure that the right one is on the unit.

808Casher for Model Number Admiral ATW4475VQ0

I ordered this spring to fix the problem with my washer banging against the front of the cabinet when spinning, however I can't seem to find where this spring connects to on the spring bracket (Item# 64067) that I recently replaced. There are no holes in the spring bracket nor do I see any existing holes in the bottom of the base frame assembly. I watched the APP video to replace this spring but the spring bracket seems to be different than #64067. The spring bracket in the video seems to be a bit longer on the right side with a hole to accommodate the counter balance spring. Please help!

Hello Pat. You will need to check the suspension spring WPW10250667 and see if it is bad or broke on the machine. It is located at the back of the frame of the machine. Hope this helps.
