Tony, the door switch WP7450P108-60 would be the most likely cause of failure and this can be verified by testing it for continuity. Hello Art, As per the tech sheet, fault code 4d21 indicates "No Reverse Airflow Fan rotation (no/low RPM)". You will need to test for 120 Volts ac to the cooling fan motors. Then with power off, check them for continuity and make sure they are not shorted to chassis. The problem will be the fan WP74008383 if the voltage is present in the first test. Remember also that the control that is giving the fault code is man made and can also be malfunctioning. Although it doesn't happen everyday, the control can fail in such a manner that it can pop up a fault code that isn't valid. In such a case, the control would require replacement. This doesn't happen often, but is entirely possible.
