Steven Kui June 09, 2011 for Model Number KGCT365X I have a 36" glass cooktop kitchenaid unable to use 2 knob to start the burner. I am able to use the other 2 knob to fire the burner. I am prepared to change the ignitor switch, but unable to find the process to open and get access to the ignitor switch. Can you give me some idea how to open the glass cooktop. Thanks in advanced.
