Henry October 02, 2019 for Model Number GR450LXHQ0 From information provided by customers, I probably need an interlock replacement part #9750965. Oven door not locking for self cleaning oven, just hear rapid clicking sounds. Unfortunately part is not available. Any suggestions regarding replacement or substitute part? Thanks, Henry
1 Answer Henry, unfortunately, as the manufacturer has discontinued this part and has not listed an approved substitute, an alternative can not be recommended. Read More...
Deb December 29, 2014 for Model Number GR450LXHQ1 Interlock Switch 9750965 has two terminals on top. I took the switch out without taking a picture first. Do the wires go on the front or back of the switch or does it matter? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Deb, The position of the two yellow wires can be swapped since the switch is not in a polarized circuit but they must both be connected to the same switch. Read More...
John R. November 29, 2011 for Model Number WPL 9750965 Last week we ordered this part from you...got it yesterday. We took the top off the stove but now cannot see any sensor that even looks similar to the part recieved. Origionally we told you last week that the electronics said LOC in the upper left and the oven would not work. A month ago it reset fine when we unpluged the 110AC cord..but now last week it LOC ed again and would not reset. From your diagram it appeared the senor would be in the upper right of the oven main body once the door was pulled open. We have the whole top off...can you please tell me where this part is? Thanks so much. John Rush cell 610-763-8998
1 Answer Hello John. If you locate the latch and lock assembly at the front of the unit where it locks the door, you will see the switch 9750965. If it is not there and there is a long arm going to the back of the unit, you will need to remove the back panel to access and replace the switch. Hope this helps. Read More...
