Carol H January 24, 2016 for Model Number JMC7000ADB Microwave does not work. Timer and clock do. Spoke with Robin. She suggested door lock problem, but I cannot get back to her. She suggested I purchase an item for $18 aproximately and that it could ship on Monday. Cannot see how to install something like that. I am not a repair person. Homeowner.
