Hello Ernie. Check and make sure the screens on the valve and if there are any in the hoses are clear and the cold water flows good. If so, you will test for power coming to the water valve. If there is power there, and the water does not come out, you will need to replace the water valve 285805 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Hello Mcooper. The water valve uses a thermisot for this. If the unit is acting up like you are describing, you will need to replace the water valve WP3979346 on the unit.
