"Procedure 2" states that the black wire goes on terminal #2 of the timer. When I hooked it to terminal 2 the fan in the freezer does not start. I put old timer back on and it runs. the unite was freezing. I just replaced the thermostat and was going to replace the timer. Any thoughts?
