Sandr February 14, 2018 for Model Number LSQ9244EQ0 My washer is sporadically stopping during wash or rinse mode while the timer continues to count down and buzz when the cycle is "complete". I have been able to get it going again by adjusting the timer and starting the washer again where I think it stopped. Do I need a new timer switch?
1 Answer Sandra, If it is completely stopping this this sounds like it could be a timer issue or the motor is overheating and shutting down so would recommend looking for an issue with the pump causing a drag on the motor. Read More...
Sharon D November 05, 2016 for Model Number LSL9244EQ0 My washer won't agitate in the heavy duty cycle. It fills with water, spins and drains. All other cycles work fine.

Dave May 31, 2016 for Model Number whirlpool washer I don't know thw model number. The washer is 12 years old. The machine will not pump out the water. No spin cycle. The timer knob just stops when it gets to the spin cycle. It is the same in all modes or types of wash cycles. Could this be the timer or the pump? Thanks you.
1 Answer Hello Dave. You will need to check the lid switch on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Colin July 20, 2015 for Model Number LSQ9244EQ0 When you start the washer it starts agitating and no water enters if you move to spin it spins, if to rinse no water either? is it the Cycle timer?
1 Answer Colin, The most likely cause for the unit to agitate without filling will be a faulty pressure switch or a clogged pressure hose or air dome. You will want to check the pressure hose and air dome to make sure that they are not clogged. The pressure switch part number is W10337780 Read More...
