Frigidaire Freezer V21A Light not working

This door-activated light switch controls the interior lamp in your refrigerator. Replace a worn or sticking switch to restore dependable lighting and prevent the bulb from staying on and warming the compartment when the door is closed.

• Opens and closes the light circuit as the door is opened and closed
• Helps prevent the light from staying on with the door shut
• Common symptoms: interior light won't turn on, stays on with the door closed, or works intermittently

• Disconnect power before servicing
• Gently pry the old switch from the liner/panel and release its locking tabs
• Transfer wires one at a time to the same terminals on the new switch
• Press the new switch fully into place; restore power, and test
