This infinite switch controls the variable heat settings for a cooktop surface burner so you can adjust cooking temperature smoothly and restore proper burner operation. What it does:

• Regulates power to a surface heating element so burners heat at selected settings
• Replaces a worn or failed control that causes burners to stay off or not heat properly
• Fixes burners that only work on one setting or won't respond to the knob

The Bake Heating Element is an OEM Replacement Part for Whirlpool ovens, designed with push-on terminals. It measures 14-5/8" from the front to the mounting bracket, 19" in width, and 2-1/2" from the mounting bracket to the terminal end. The mounting holes on the bracket are spaced 1-7/8" apart, center to center. The terminals are designed as 1/4" male spades and the unit is rated for 2500 Watts at 240 Volts.
