Whirlpool Range WHE33311 Element will not heat

This infinite surface element switch controls variable heat for a cooktop burner, restoring smooth temperature adjustment and reliable element power. Designed to match OEM fit and function for compatible Whirlpool-range cooktops. What it does:

The Bake Heating Element is an OEM Replacement Part for Whirlpool ovens, designed with push-on terminals. It measures 14-5/8" from the front to the mounting bracket, 19" in width, and 2-1/2" from the mounting bracket to the terminal end. The mounting holes on the bracket are spaced 1-7/8" apart, center to center. The terminals are designed as 1/4" male spades and the unit is rated for 2500 Watts at 240 Volts.
