Matt M Spring City , TN November 08, 2015 Appliance: Model RF28HFEDTSR We purchased a scratch and dent refridgerator that had a very large scratch and dent on the front door We ordered the door, and were shocked to see it arrive the next day. The old door came off easily, and most of the parts came off easily, too. The control panel was another matter. There was only one screw, and no visible way to remove the panel. We called tech support, and they sent two videos that were of different models. After searching for the tabs that were shown in the video, I pried the control panel out, but when doing so, I bent the corner of the control panel. The bent corner is very noticeable, so it looks like I have another chore on the to-do list.
