Tried a couple of You Tube video tips to clean the electrical connections. Unfortunately, neither worked for my situation. Ordered the replacement Assembly Control Panel for Samsung Over-The-Stove microwave from AppliancePartsPros.com and had the part in-hand within a couple of days. 5 minutes of effort to completed the repair and now the Micro works like new. The is the second time I've turned to AppliancePartsPros.com for a replacement part on household appliances. KUDOS A-P-P, the right part, best price, fast shipping and the savings realized by not replacing the whole piece of equipment has made my day...twice! Dilant P Reston , VA July 12, 2016 Power button and couple of other buttons stopped working; no indication of heavy use Replace the button panel. The button circuit is fused into the panel. So, whole panel has to be replaced. Panel is pretty expensive ($65) compared to new microwave, which is now on sale ($150). Fixing was straightforward - remove the panel from microwave, unwire the connections to logic board, remove the logic board and aluminum tray, replace the panel and reverse. Read More...
