Pete B Springfield , OR December 06, 2015 Water tank froze split and leaked I replaced the leaking water tank, and with the help of the video as my guide, it showed the steps needed to replace the tank in an easy to understand manner. Even though in the step by step video they used a different make and model fridge, my Samsung had all the parts and fittings in all the same places just like the GE model in the video. Glen O Tucson , AZ October 07, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RS277ACWP/XAA-0000 Water below crisper Checked the defost drain, it was not clogged. The condensor coil was iced up. The sensor for the defrost system was bad. Replaced it but the defrost system still did not work. Turned out the main pcb was bad, replaced the pcb and the defrost system started working. Still water under the crisper. Turned out the water reservoir had a pin hole leak. Replaced the reservoir and now no leaks. Never would have guessed three things were broken.
