Satish B Granada Hills , CA April 24, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Gas Range NX58F5500SS/AA-0000 Cracked igniter electrode on a samsung cooking range I looked up the part for the range online at AppliancePartsPros.com. Apparently I made a mistake and ordered the wrong electrode (all electrodes are not same and have different length cables). The part arrived very quickly and using the excellent instructions on AppliancePartsPros.com site, I attempted the repair only to find out that the cable was too short and I had the wrong part. I called customer service and immediately I was talking with Walt with tremendous knowledge. After I mentioned the problem, he quickly identified the correct part and sent me the link to order. At the same time he sent me RMA information to send the wrong part back for credit. I ordered the part and it arrived the next day (although I had not paid for next day delivery, I think). Using the correct part I was able to complete the repair very quickly. The part was actually made by Samsung, the same as the original part was. I can same without any reservation that AppliancePartsPros.com are the BEST source for repair/replacement parts and advice. I have purchased other repair parts from them and they have always been an excellent company to work with, particularly for DIY repairs.
