Ed M Harrison , OH August 16, 2020 Convenience drawer would not close tight, due to the rail slide and the wire to the control getting caught. Easy repair. Remove drawer. Take cover off wire connection on back of drawer front. Disconnect wire terminal. Remove 4 bolts holding drawer front to both slide assemblies ( 10 mm socket ) and set aside. Remove small sheet metal screw at top front of both slides. Disconnect wire terminal from wall. Hold both slides and pull straight out. Back of slides are held in by tabs that fit into the wall. Slides easily come apart from connecting rod. Installation is in reverse. 15 minute fix. Be sure to check left side as I discovered broken springs that help pull the drawer closed. Drawer works fine for now but I may replace later. Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set
