Ben H Murrieta , CA December 07, 2015 Ice maker did not work Called for a replacement unit and gave appliance Pro the serial number model number and year of the model. The unit is only 4 years old. We have it fixed by approved servicemen three times. The unit would make ice for a short time and then die, I received the first unit but the wire connector assembly end plug would not fit this model.. I ordered the replacement unit which was indicated to have a universal plug assembly. The unit worked with no further problems. Samsung replacement parts are not very well identified for replacement parts. I would not buy another Samsung Refrigerator. The service received was excellent, curtious and very professional from Appliance Pro.
