Vito T Surprise , AZ June 20, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Washer WA56H9000AP/A2-0000 The door broke at the right hinge I first called Samsung and they would not give me the part number and told me I had to pay for a technician to come out and assess the machine and then give us a quote to fix it then order the part and then come back out to replace it. Fortunately, I found Appliance Parts Pros online and found the part I needed. I ordered the door on Wednesday and it arrived Saturday via Fed Ex and it literally took me 5 minutes and nothing more than a screwdriver to swap out the broken door for the new door.
