It turned out to be drain pump was still working. Turned out to be main control board. I called and shopped around for specific parts. Appliancepartspro had this part in stock. Susan helped me and gave me excellent information. She knew exactly whats wrong and what to do step by step. She was best trained employee and seems knowledgeable person. Doug C Ozark , MO February 09, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF316LAS/XAA-0000 Nd error code on my samsung front loader washer With an error code of nd I found the drain pump was not working, by wiring the motor to a patch cord and making sure it would operate and pump. checked wiring from board to motor and all was good. REALLY HAD A HARD TIME finding the power board assy # . ordered it and installed unit rean but had and nl error. this is because there must be water hooked to both hot & cold inlets even when washing on cold . made that correction and unit worked as should.
