Samsung DA41-00695A Refrigerator Control Board Assembly OEM Part

I replaced the thermostat heater assembly, the defrost sensor and the fridge compartment sensor. The temp in the fridge was still below freezing after a few hours. The digital display temp was not even close to the actual temp in the fridge. That should have told me that there was something wrong with the control board, but I thought it was the sensors or thermostat that were bad. It was fairly simple to replace the control board. There was a lot of dust bunnies around the plastic box that contains the board. I'm going to make a point to vacuum it out every few months. Check YouTube for video on board replacement. The parts all arrived in less than 3 days. Thanks for such good customer service !

I CALLED APPLIANCE PARTS PROS. TOLD THEM WHAT I HAD. SALES TECH SAID IT SOUNDS LIKE A CONTROL PANEL. SHE THEN SAID THIS IS THE PART YOU NEED, I DID'NT KNOW A REFRIGERATOR HAD A CONTROL PANEL. I ORDERED IT, WATCHED APPLIANCE PARTS PROS INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO. WHEN IT ARRIVED I WAS ABLE TO REPLACE IT IN TWENTY MINUETS. NINETY DOLLARS SPENT NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS SAVED.

Changed control board

Replaced sensor and motherboard using YouTube videos as teaching tools. I am still waiting for Samsung repair company schedule a repair visit... although they have called me 4 times to check if I have been helped yet. If ya want it done, do it yourself.
