Craig S Forked River , NJ February 24, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF263AERS/XAA-0000 Samsung french door refrigerator constant "pinging" alarm and the freezer temperature would hunt up and down on the upper control panel most buttons wouldn't work at all Replaced the control panel circuit board. Three screws out of the top cover, pop off the square door roller trims and the cover just lifts off. Unplug the old board connector, remove five screws holding the bracket and remove the board. Replace in reverse order....fixed! All of five minutes. Basic trouble shooting all pointed to that control circuit board as the culprit and it was. $98.00 fix that even the most inept person could do.
