Had several phone calls with their customer service and eventually (took three tries) got a serviceman capable to inspect what was wrong with the appliance. There were no error codes since the Main PCB board was toast. The Power inverter was popped by another serviceman trying to diagnose the issue before the qualified guy came. I downloaded the service repair manual, found the part ids and hit the web to find parts after being quoted a nearly $700 repair bill. I found www.appliancepartspros.com and was very happy with the entire process, and the prices! The VERY NEXT day I had the parts without spending anything extra on shipping options and 30 minutes later I had a working frig again!
