Edwin T Athens , TX December 11, 2014 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV209AEW/XAA-0001 The dryer would shut down after a couple minuets it would run on fluff dry with no proplem and the dryer code did not show on any chart It wound up as the thermistor switch that is located in the out vent duct along with an over temp switch. As long as it was apart I replaced the drum belt which made for extra work but it saves another down time later. If a person goes by the Samsung manual you will take a lot more off than needed. Derrick A Everett , WA June 28, 2016 No longer heating found the heater element and contorl board were both bad Replaced the heater element and the control board and replaced the drum belt and one of hte drum wheels that was making noise while I had the dryer apart.
