Samsung DC92-01040B Washer Control Board Assembly OEM Part

Replaced the main board. Very easy process on the Samsung WF455ARGSGR/AA. Unplug the washer from the wall. Remove the top cover by removing the two screws on the back and sliding off the cover. The control board is sitting on the top of the washer just under the lid. The control board will have a cover over it. Remove the cover and save for reinstallation Remove the 3 screws holding the control board and place the new board in its position. Using the old board as a guide, remove 1 plug from the old board to the new board. Repeat for each plug. When all plugs have been moved, replace the lid on the control board. Replace the lid on the washer. Plug the washer into the electric outlet. Test machine.

Using the technical info booklet that came with the washer and a electrical meter I tested from the main board the connections that went to the motor. You will have to remove the top and back covers (4 screws - not difficult). Also use the meter to check for broken wires buy unplugging the wiring from both ends attach meter at both end then move the wires around and watch the meter to see if you lose connection. After being sure that everything else was reading correct ohms and voltage I determined it must be the board it self. Ordered board, replaced and washer works.
