Richard F Santa Rosa Beach , FL December 24, 2014 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG - DMT400RHS/XAA Dishwasher stopped in mid cycle control panel erratic afterwards I started checking power connections. All Good. Checked wiring connections on PCB and found insect debris on the printed circuit board. I cleaned it with denatured alcohol. Dishwasher ran longer but stopped again. Went directly to Appliance Parts Pro and crossed referenced the model number and ordered the new PCB Main. (I'm panicking now because we are having 10 people over for the holiday's soon and we'll need our dishwasher working. My wife insisted I call an appliance repair company, but I held out, feeling confident). The part shipped quickly. Ordered on the 16th - arrived on the 19th. I installed it in 10 minutes - Dishwasher works perfectly!! Thanks APP - for saving my life and making me look good!! Cost for the part was under 100.00 including shipping/tax. For this machine, my PCB is within the 5 year warranty, but didn't include labor after the first year. I figured the cost of the PCB would be equal to the labor from an Appliance company and they probably would have had to order the part and possibly not have it ready in time.
